**Job Summary**

Kintegra Health is seeking a skilled Recreational Therapist Professional to join our team. This role involves conducting initial assessments, developing therapeutic small group activities, and communicating participant changes to the team.

**Responsibilities**

  • Conduct all initial assessments and scheduled reassessments of participants, completing them prior to scheduled team conferences.
  • Develop and implement specific programs/groups as part of the plan of care for therapeutic recreational activities.
  • Participate in the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT)/Care Team, attending staff meetings and taking part in participant care planning.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Recreation Therapy
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in social or recreational program providing services for frail elderly populations within the past 5 years
  • Licensed Recreational Therapist in NC

**Salary and Benefits**

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.
