Job Title: Junior HR Coordinator

At Russell Tobin, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior HR Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the intake process for employee requests, collaborating with HR and management teams, and ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the intake process for employee requests, ensuring a smooth and confidential experience.
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to gather necessary information and facilitate communication.
  • Act as a liaison between employees, managers, and the accommodation team.
  • Maintain accurate and timely case notes and status updates in centralized systems.
  • Manage the distribution of accommodation cases in centralized systems.
  • Escalate pertinent matters as necessary throughout the process.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Continuously assess and improve the efficiency of the intake and administrative processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferred experience in HR coordination or recruiting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience, tact, and respect.
  • Strong organizational skills and thorough communication abilities.
  • Excellent independent judgement; knows when to escalate issues.
  • Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience dealing with sensitive matters and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience in coordinating accommodation requests or similar roles is preferred.
