HR Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Clerk to join our team at Beacon Hill. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing documentary requirements, addressing HR inquiries, and processing employee changes in accordance with federal and state laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage documentary requirements for all employees, ensuring accurate data entry.
- Respond to employee inquiries via email or phone.
- Process and review HR-related interfaces.
- Verify application qualifications promptly for hiring.
- Assist area, operations, and general managers with HR inquiries.
- Handle new hires, employee changes, leaves, and terminations per federal and state laws.
- Generate monitoring and ad hoc reports.
- Collaborate with Payroll, Legal, and Operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation.
