HR Shared Services Coordinator


Salary Range: $21/hour - $23/hour


 


 


Trulite is NOW HIRING We are looking for a HR Shared Services Coordinator.


 


This is an onsite position.


 


The HR Shared Services Coordinator is the first point of contact for incoming inquiries, issues and requests regarding benefit programs, payroll, general HR policies and program support for field HR Business Partners, Operations Business Partners, and employees.

What you will be doing:



  • Partners with HR COE teams (Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, HRBPs) to provide seamless and integrated HR support to the organization. Establish strong relationships with internal customers and ensure effective communication. 
  • Process HR transactions, including but not limited to employee data changes, benefits enrollment, and payroll updates, accurately and efficiently. 
  • Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) records and ensure data integrity and confidentiality. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures. 
  • Provide guidance and assistance to employees on HR-related matters, including leave of absence, payroll, system access and other items as assigned. 
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate HR business partners for resolution. 
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations and company policies in all HR transactions and interactions. 
  • Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure HR practices remain compliant. 
  • Assist in conducting audits and assessments to monitor compliance and mitigate risks.  
  • Maintain files through electronic filing system. 
  • Collect and process mail for HR, Benefits and Payroll 
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve service delivery within the shared services model. 
  • Collaborate with HR team members to implement process enhancements and automation initiatives. 
  • Participate in testing and rollout of HRIS updates and enhancements.  
  • Execute HR Shared Services operations while adhering to key performance metrics to ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or surpassed.
