Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Clerk to join our team at Beacon Hill. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing documentary requirements, addressing HR inquiries, and processing employee changes in accordance with federal and state laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage documentary requirements for all employees, ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing clear and concise information.
  • Process and review HR-related interfaces, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Verify application qualifications promptly for hiring, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Assist area, operations, and general managers with HR inquiries, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Handle new hires, employee changes, leaves, and terminations in accordance with federal and state laws, ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate records.
  • Generate monitoring and ad hoc reports, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Legal, and Operations to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and in-person communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise reports and correspondence.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
