Position Summary

Reporting to the Facilities Director or Facilities Manager, the Facilities Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the Facilities Department. This department is tasked with ensuring the upkeep, functionality, and structural integrity of the facilities. The Coordinator collaborates with various stakeholders, including clients and departmental teams, to maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized environment that meets the needs of both staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside Employee Health and Orientation and Education to implement training programs focused on safety and OSHA regulations.
  • Engage in organization-wide emergency preparedness initiatives.
  • Assist in conducting necessary audits and inspections in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Uphold best practices and standard operating procedures across all facets of Facilities Management, including regulatory compliance, quality assurance, personnel management, safety protocols, and financial oversight.
  • Evaluate, develop, prioritize, enhance, execute, and manage operations and maintenance initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to Facilities staff as needed, consulting with Facilities leadership when appropriate.
  • Oversee vendor and contract performance, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness in service delivery.
  • Understand and communicate Central Health's policies and procedures effectively.
Qualifications

Minimum Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in facilities coordination.
