Facilities Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for remotely managing multiple commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with vendors for inspections and repairs
  • Ensure all vendor reports are complete and accurate
  • Resolve any issues promptly and efficiently
  • Manage the work order system to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain professional relationships with tenants and vendors
  • Handle administrative tasks such as coding invoices and preparing monthly reports

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Prior experience with work order systems is a must
  • Commercial Real Estate experience is also required
  • Proficient with follow-up and follow-through procedures
  • Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat/Reader
