Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic bilingual HR Generalist, fluent in Portuguese, to join our team and play a pivotal role in strengthening HR processes and developing a strong company culture. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the hiring process, posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with new hires.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, background checks, and drug screens.
  • Act as the first point of contact for general employee questions around policies and procedures.
  • Communicate HR initiatives and ensure employee assessments are completed and administered on schedule.
  • Assist with some training and development functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives and foster a positive work culture.
  • Perform benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, and communicating benefit information to employees.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of general Human Resource experience.
  • 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.
  • Bilingual English & Portuguese, required.
  • Familiar with basic HR policy and procedure.
  • Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.
  • Employee relations exposure.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce now a plus.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office applications.
  • Proven ability to successfully work with individuals at various levels of the organization.
