Position Summary:

As a Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager at Interfuse Staffing, you will engage with experienced engineers and architects to oversee and design a range of innovative global initiatives. Your involvement will span from the initial concept to the final execution, ensuring a pivotal role in every aspect of project management and development within our diverse engineering organization.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license, or the ability to secure one within six months of employment.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience specializing in infrastructure development and project execution.
  • Expertise in design and modeling software such as Civil 3D, HydroCAD, HEC RAS, and MicroStation.
  • Experience in project management and client relations is highly valued.
  • Background in collaborating with governmental agencies or municipal entities is preferred.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support all stages of projects, from preliminary design to construction documentation and oversight.
  • Interact directly with clients to define project objectives, concepts, and presentations.
  • Coordinate project teams to ensure that design intentions are accurately reflected in all documentation and construction activities.
  • Develop comprehensive design documents and calculations for various civil engineering initiatives.
  • Assist in overseeing project deliverables, ensuring compliance with established formats, standards, and timelines.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis relevant to project specifics.
  • Generate detailed digital and hard copy documents that align with client requirements and project schedules.
  • Create intricate plans for site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and other infrastructure components using leading industry software.
  • Perform site visits to verify conditions and validate as-built documentation.
  • Lead meetings with contractors for design clarification and construction supervision.
  • Tackle and resolve complex technical challenges, providing expert advice to the project team.
  • Engage in Quality Assurance reviews to uphold high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
