Implementation and Training Manager
The Implementation and Training Manager is essential to the Implementation team, guiding the onboarding of leading healthcare providers into the high-performance network. This position entails acting as the main liaison, project overseer, and educator throughout the integration of providers into the medical group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with and onboard providers into the medical group
- Deliver project oversight, training, and assistance for healthcare practices on our electronic health record and practice management system
- Assist practices with cost efficiency and population health initiatives
- Coordinate efforts among various teams within the organization
- Educate physicians and office personnel on the organization's processes and technologies
- Manage comprehensive project timelines and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Lead and support regional and national initiatives to enhance workflows
- Contribute to the growth of strategic business units as necessary
- Facilitate change management and align client expectations
- Establish project timelines and adhere to deadlines
- Guide and mentor team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in practice management or EHR integration and training
- Technical project management experience in the healthcare sector is preferred
- Previous experience in a hospital or physician office environment
- Understanding of physician office workflows and processes
- Experience in change management
- Proficiency in project management software
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Able to collaborate effectively with clinical staff

The compensation range for this role is between $75,000 and $85,000, with the possibility of an annual bonus of up to 15%. Salary will be based on experience, education, and location.
