Job Overview

As a Senior Canine Training Specialist at Smart Pup LLC, you will be responsible for leading our dog training team and ensuring the highest standards of training are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and mentor the dog training team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional training experiences.
  • Collaborate with the team to create and implement training plans and solve complex training scenarios.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and be the first point of contact for clients with training concerns.
  • Assist with scheduling and oversight of group classes and events.
  • Ensure facility safety protocols are followed and exceeded daily.
  • Meet and exceed DTE Training Standards and Values at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in dog training and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
