Job Description

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Head of Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling revenue from early-stage to multi-million-dollar levels, with a strong emphasis on process and operational excellence. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape the sales function at Breakr, driving significant growth and making a lasting impact on the company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, including sales process optimization, funnel development, and customer targeting.
  • Grow the top of the funnel and improve conversion through it, focusing on new logos and customer acquisition.
  • Manage customer relationships, provide regular progress updates, and ensure alignment with executive team goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to understand stakeholder needs and deliver support.
  • Contribute actively in the executive strategic planning process, providing market insights and sales expertise.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4-7 years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of scaling revenues from early-stage to multi-million-dollar levels.
  • Strong emphasis on developing and implementing sales processes that are data-driven, scalable, and repeatable.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams, with a focus on talent development and coaching.
  • Proficiency in using data and analytics to drive sales decisions and optimize performance.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate sales strategies and goals to stakeholders.

  • Experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments, with a focus on adaptability and innovation.
  • A strong network within relevant industries, with the ability to leverage business development opportunities.
  • Located in NYC or Los Angeles, with a willingness to travel as needed.
