Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will provide counseling and crisis intervention services to adults and families, using evidence-based treatment approaches and a trauma-informed care model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, couple, family, and group counseling services to clients
  • Conduct intake and assessment, diagnosis, and crisis intervention services
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with community referral sources
  • Advocate and facilitate the delivery of medical/psychiatric, housing, employment, and educational services
  • Maintain accurate and timely case records
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Services field or related field (Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work)
  • Washington State Counselor's license
  • Experience in counseling adults and families
  • Experience in leading groups, trainings, and workshops
  • Ability to pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
