Job Summary

Holman Recovery Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Monitor to join our team. As a key member of our treatment team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with substance use disorders in their journey towards recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized guidance and support to clients, helping them identify treatment needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and outreach to clients, both in the facility and in the community, to ensure their continued progress and well-being.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement effective treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and holistic approaches.
  • Assist clients with daily living skills, case management, and social support, promoting a safe and supportive environment.
  • Document client progress and provide regular updates to the treatment team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a related field, such as mental health or substance abuse counseling.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
