Job Title: Recovery Support Specialist

At Holman Recovery Center, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Recovery Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our treatment team, you will provide personalized support and guidance to individuals with substance use disorders, helping them achieve long-term recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide living skills, case management, and social support to clients
  • Complete daily record keeping as directed by the Clinical Director
  • Lead educational groups to help clients regain skills needed to reenter the community
  • Provide oversight to clients during daily activities, including housekeeping and meal service
  • Perform basic medical tasks, such as obtaining and documenting vital signs
  • Transport and supervise clients to appointments and activities
  • Link clients to available resources in the community post-treatment
  • Assist clients in crisis situations involving social, emotional, health, and other problems

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or high school diploma with at least one year of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work with behaviorally difficult adults
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to interpret instructions

We offer a competitive salary range starting at $31,200, medical, dental, vision benefits, and a retirement plan to all employees working at least 40 hours/week.
