About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our clinical team at LifeStance Health. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality mental health services to our patients, working collaboratively with our psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients of all ages, utilizing evidence-based treatments and techniques.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and research in the field of mental health.
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in a field related to mental health, such as counseling, psychology, or social work.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent in the state of Washington.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including adults, children, and families.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
