Job Title: Schools - Behavior Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a Behavior Specialist, you will have the opportunity to positively impact students with special needs in a school-based setting.

Job Summary:

This is a contract position with the potential for more hours. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field, and be actively certified as a BCBA. Experience with students with special needs and knowledge of special education laws and regulations are preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise RBTs and paraprofessionals
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
  • Lead IEP meetings
  • Other duties as discussed in the interview
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field
  • ACTIVE BCBA Certification
  • Preferred: School experience and experience with students with special needs
  • Strong knowledge of special education laws and regulations
