Automotive Parts Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Parts Specialist to join our team at O'Reilly Auto Parts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their automotive needs, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers in selecting the right parts and accessories for their vehicles, providing expert advice and recommendations.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and technologies.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
- Perform various daily operational tasks, including receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining store appearance, and operating store test equipment.
- Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries, meeting company driving eligibility requirements.
Requirements:
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
- Familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service is desired.
- ASE certification is a plus.
- Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, is highly desired.
