Job Overview

Bark Public House is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our retail team and drive sales growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels and track product research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Develop and implement social media content to engage with customers and promote products
  • Manage and analyze profit and loss statements to inform business decisions
  • Plan and execute special events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Ensure dog safety and sanitation practices are maintained in the store
Requirements
  • 2+ years of management experience in retail or customer service
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading successful teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends
