Customer Service Manager

Bark Public House is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our retail team and drive sales growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels and track product research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
- Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Develop and implement social media content to engage with customers and promote products
- Manage and analyze profit and loss statements to inform business decisions
- Plan and execute special events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement
- Ensure dog safety and sanitation practices are maintained in the store
- 2+ years of management experience in retail or customer service
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading successful teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends
