Industrial Sales and Business Development Professional

DXP Enterprises is seeking an experienced Industrial Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team in Houston, Texas. This role offers a competitive salary of $70,000 - $100,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits package.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing strategic plans and accurate forecasts for assigned accounts
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Growing and maintaining new and existing accounts
- Staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and product developments
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a minimum of 2 years outside sales experience selling industrial supplies. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Industrial Distribution is preferred. Additional requirements include:
- Customer-service oriented mentality
- Computer literacy
- Organized and detail-oriented approach
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
