We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves selling staffing services to industries such as construction, warehouse, and light industrial. A competitive base salary of $60,000 per year, plus monthly commission, is offered for this position.
About the Job DescriptionThis Outside Sales Representative role requires engaging in new business development through prospecting, networking, and referrals. You will maintain and further develop relationships with existing clients, compile prospective customer lists from various sources, and travel throughout the Houston metro area to meet regular and prospective customers.
Your key responsibilities will include preparing and quoting prices, sales contracts, and customer applications, conducting job site surveys for new and existing customer locations, and preparing periodic reports on sales volume and potential sales.
