Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly pay ranges from $18.50 to $23 based on experience, with bonus opportunities each month related to attendance and note completion. Full-time teammates enjoy:

Key Responsibilities:

As a Behavioral Support Technician at Woven Care, you will:

  • Implement individualized ABA programs and interventions under the supervision of BCBAs, focusing on skill development and behavior modification.
  • Utilize discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching methods.
  • Accurately collect data on client behaviors and maintain session documentation using a tablet device.
  • Deliver high-quality clinical services to ensure optimal client progress and treatment fidelity.
  • Collaborate with ABA team members and interdisciplinary service providers to facilitate skill mastery and generalization.
  • Respond promptly to feedback, showcasing effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Stay updated on technical knowledge through required training.
  • Obtain Crisis Management training certification provided by the team.

Physical Requirements:

Teammates should be prepared to engage in physical activities, including kneeling, squatting, transitioning between standing and floor positions, bending, stooping, lifting up to 50 lbs, executing lateral and backward movements, running distances up to 100 ft, and standing for at least 15 minutes.

Minimum Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with RBT certification preferred.
