No prior experience is required, and we provide paid training to achieve national certification as a Registered Behavior Technician and in Crisis Management.

As an ABA practitioner, you will provide behavioral support aimed at improving the quality of life for individuals with diverse disabilities. Your daily tasks may involve developing behavior support plans, gathering data, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. You will work closely with clients both individually and in group settings.
Effective communication with teachers, parents, family members, and other caregivers is crucial for delivering successful treatment.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED
- Successful completion of a background check
- Ability to transport children using a personal vehicle
- Experience working with special needs populations: 1 year (preferred)
