Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restoration Project Coordinator to become a vital part of our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in construction and project oversight, particularly in restoration and reconstruction projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of restoration and reconstruction projects from inception to completion.
  • Conduct initial evaluations of project sites to establish scope, requirements, and timelines.
  • Create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to maintain clear communication regarding project objectives and expectations.
  • Source necessary materials, equipment, and subcontractors for project execution.
  • Supervise the reconstruction process, focusing on scheduling, quality assurance, and safety compliance.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, expenses, and change orders to maintain profitability and control costs.
  • Address any issues or disputes that may arise during the project.
  • Ensure all work adheres to industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Document project progress, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Guide and mentor project teams to ensure successful project delivery within established timelines and budgets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Coordinator in the construction or restoration sector.
  • Strong understanding of restoration and reconstruction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to project sites as necessary.
