ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Junior Business Analyst within the Quality Assurance team, your primary responsibility will be to evaluate business operations and propose solutions that align various business functions with the overarching organizational objectives.

This role involves gaining insights into the structure, policies, and operations of the organization, while assisting in recommending enhancements to improve overall business processes and strategic planning.

You will collaborate with multiple business units or functions to achieve these goals.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Consistently support initiatives aimed at simplifying and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Work under general supervision with business stakeholders to analyze operations and recommend solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s structure, policies, and operations to recommend improvements for business processes and planning.
  • Compile, analyze, interpret, and present data related to current and future operations.
  • Create reports, charts, graphs, and presentations to propose new strategies for effective business changes.
  • Estimate project requirements by identifying phases, personnel needs, and costs.
  • Analyze external market trends and other data sources to provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
  • Propose solutions or improvements achievable through new technologies or alternative uses of existing technologies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: Relevant experience in business analysis or a related field.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in software applications such as Word and Excel.

Abilities: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, effective prioritization and organizational skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment, capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities, and proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.



WORK ENVIRONMENT

This is a full-time position within an office environment.
