About the Position

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our faculty as a tenure-track or tenured professor in the Construction Engineering department at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in construction engineering, including project management, construction methods, and construction law.
  • Develop and maintain a research program in construction engineering, with a focus on innovative construction methods and technologies.
  • Advise and mentor students in their academic and professional pursuits.
  • Participate in departmental and university service, including committee work and outreach activities.
Requirements
  • Ph.D. in Construction Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in teaching and research in construction engineering.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
