Position Overview

Job Title: Senior Human Resources Generalist

Trystar Inc. is dedicated to pioneering power solutions through a passionate and skilled workforce. We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to be a vital part of our team. This role is essential in fulfilling our strategic goals and will report directly to the Operations HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution and assessment of employee programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Assist in the performance evaluation process and follow-up meetings for new hires.
  • Facilitate the annual performance review and merit increase process.
  • Oversee the maintenance of job descriptions and classification of positions.
  • Organize training sessions and workshops to promote staff development.
  • Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on benefits and policies.
  • Maintain accurate electronic employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Handle employee relations issues and conduct necessary investigations.
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing or operational setting.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR Management Systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or an MBA with an HR focus.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws at various levels.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
