We are seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Appliance Customer Care Professional to join our Reliable Appliance LLC team. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and dispatching technicians to repair appliances.

About the Role

This position is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills and experience in scheduling appointments and dispatching. On-the-job training is available for the right candidate. The working hours are Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer Incoming Calls: Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their concerns and providing solutions to resolve issues.
  • Schedule Appointments: Book appointments for technicians to perform repairs, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Dispatch Technicians: Coordinate with technicians to dispatch them to job sites, ensuring effective communication and smooth workflow.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Offer high-quality service, resolving customer concerns promptly and efficiently, meeting and exceeding customer service goals and standards.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience in Scheduling and Dispatching: Have experience in scheduling appointments and dispatching, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary for this role is $18.50 - $22.00 per hour, based on industry standards and location.
