About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Classic Collision. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish. You will greet customers promptly, explain repair processes, and maintain a high level of knowledge about insurance partner requirements. If you have excellent communication skills, are able to multitask effectively, and possess a strong attention to detail, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless experience
• Explain and educate customers on repair processes, including insurance claim information
• Maintain a broad knowledge base of insurance partner requirements
• Coordinate with rental car and tow companies to provide one-stop service
• Ensure all vehicles are delivered to customers by the assigned service advisor
• May assist with customer communication throughout the repair process
• Monitor DRP assignments, estimate/repair appointments, and capture rates of assignments
• Follow up on all DRP assignments present and past to maintain sales
• Maintain DRP logbooks and Enterprise ARMS daily
• Secure proper payments
• Assist with reconciling invoices to payables report daily and monthly
• Ensure all customer comfort items are fresh and available, as well as maintaining the customer waiting area
• Perform other administrative tasks and duties as required

Qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields preferred
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance coverage
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Organization and multi-tasking skills, good time management, and adaptability

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
