About the Role

As an automotive service technician at Agen's Automotive, you will be responsible for analyzing customer concerns, utilizing diagnostic tools, and conducting thorough inspections of various vehicle systems.

Responsibilities
  • Identify the root cause of vehicle malfunctions through analysis of customer concerns and symptoms.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to pinpoint problems and conduct repairs.
  • Inspect various vehicle systems to ensure proper function and diagnose issues.
  • Perform test drives to evaluate vehicle performance and diagnose issues.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or show proof of right to work in the U.S.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong understanding of all mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic elements.
  • Possession of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications or ability to get ASE certifications.
  • Possess your own tools/equipment.
