Maintenance and Repair Technician

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Specialist to join our team at 49th State Brewing in Anchorage. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our buildings and equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance, electrical systems, and repair procedures. You will work closely with our facilities manager to develop and implement maintenance schedules, inspect equipment, and perform repairs as needed.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and repair building equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failure
- Inspect and repair or replace broken parts, fixtures, and equipment as needed
- Assist with renovations and remodeling projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent required; trade certification an asset
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or a related field
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
