About the Role
This position oversees the daily operations of our call center, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. Key responsibilities include supervising the team, analyzing performance metrics, and developing policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in call center management, preferably in a healthcare setting, with strong leadership and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the call center team to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor call center performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement call center policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent patient service.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor call center staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in call center management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Estimated annual salary: $85,000-$110,000.
