Role Description

The Call Center Customer Service Assistant role at Connexa Worx involves providing top-notch customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues with products or services and offer appropriate solutions.

Compensation Package:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and growth.


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and MS Office.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
