We are seeking a Recovery Coach to provide recovery coaching services in hospital emergency departments for Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery (CCAR). This is a full-time hourly position, working 35 hours per week.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with people in recovery from alcohol and other addictions, family members, friends, and allies. You will provide recovery coaching primarily in hospital emergency rooms, work closely with Emergency Department personnel and staff, and facilitate timely referrals and placements from hospital to treatment/recovery support providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide recovery coaching services in hospital emergency departments.

Qualifications
  • Experience with the addiction recovery process.
  • Understanding of medication-assisted recovery and practices.
  • Familiarity with local support services, resources, and recovery community.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, paid holidays, and vacation time. A valid drivers license, insurance, and reliable vehicle are required.
