Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Recovery Specialist to join our team at Behavioral Health Network, Inc. in Western Massachusetts.
This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will provide direct care services and supervision to client populations, as well as counseling to individuals served as appropriate for their experience level.
They will also oversee activities to ensure conformance with program policies, complete specialized training in de-escalation techniques and the use of physical restraint, and maintain strict confidentiality of individuals served information at all times.
The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) credentials, a valid driver's license, and a vehicle for use during working hours.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Direct Care Experience: Providing direct care services and supervision to client populations.
- Counseling: Providing counseling to individuals served as appropriate for their experience level.
- Program Policies: Overseeing activities to ensure conformance with program policies.
- Training: Completing specialized training in de-escalation techniques and the use of physical restraint.
