Job Title: ETL Data Analyst

At Diverse Lynx LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled ETL Data Analyst to join our team. As an ETL Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing data integration solutions to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into a data warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain complex ETL logic using industry-leading ETL tools such as DataStage, Informatica, Talend, SSIS, and Abinitio.
  • Implement data vault modeling design and implementation to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Work with relational databases to create stored procedures and views for complex analytical use cases.
  • Develop and maintain data quality and performance metrics to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions to business stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in ETL development with a strong background in data warehousing and business intelligence.
  • Expertise in ETL tools such as DataStage, Informatica, Talend, SSIS, and Abinitio.
  • Strong understanding of data vault modeling design and implementation.
  • Experience with relational databases and SQL coding skills.
  • Knowledge of data build tools such as DBT, Qlik replicate, Snowflake, Airflow, and AWS infrastructure.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues, performance issues, and database capacity issues.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to fine-tune report and SQL query performance.
