Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Provide direct behavioral support and instruction to students in the classroom and one-on-one settings.
  • Monitor and record students' progress, behavior, and responses to interventions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the needs of students and the school environment.
