Job Summary

Central Regional Hospital is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist II to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Medical Director and Medical Staff, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
