Patient Liaison Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Patient Liaison to join our team at Lenox Hill Radiology.
The Patient Liaison will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to patients and visitors
- Assist with scheduling, registration, and access to systems
- Communicate with front desk staff and technologists regarding delays
- Investigate patient feedback and concerns with management
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless patient care
- Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
