- Qualify leads and prospects through strategic questioning and research to identify their needs and potential fit for our solutions.
- Collaborate and work closely with Account Executives to schedule intro/discovery meetings & ensure a successful handover.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay up to date on business software industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
- Continuously improve your sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.
- Self-motivated, high energy, and dynamic sales and on-camera presence.
- Driven personality with a track record for over-achieving.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong phone communication skills - able to understand different buying personas.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.
- Ability to be a resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Experience working in business development or a customer service-related role, selling Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Business Central, and/or Microsoft Power BI is not required but a major plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & sales engagement platform is preferred but not required.
