Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Citrin Cooperman Advisors LLC, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and qualifying leads, establishing relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold phone calls, emails, LinkedIn & Vidyard videos to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Qualify leads and prospects through strategic questioning and research to identify their needs and potential fit for our solutions.
  • Collaborate and work closely with Account Executives to schedule intro/discovery meetings & ensure a successful handover.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay up to date on business software industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
  • Continuously improve your sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Self-motivated, high energy, and dynamic sales and on-camera presence.
  • Driven personality with a track record for over-achieving.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong phone communication skills - able to understand different buying personas.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.
  • Ability to be a resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Experience working in business development or a customer service-related role, selling Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Business Central, and/or Microsoft Power BI is not required but a major plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & sales engagement platform is preferred but not required.
