Job Title: New Business Development Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the waste management industry.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct daily street-level solicitation of businesses to promote and sell waste and recycling services
* Identify and pursue opportunities for growth within your assigned Commercial Waste Zone
* Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with prospective clients
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets

Requirements:

* Proven track record of success in commercial sales
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets
