Business Development Representative

At Silent Eight, we're a leading RegTech firm working with large international financial institutions to combat financial crimes. We're looking for a skilled Sales Development Representative to drive strategic business opportunities by focusing on targeted, high-value accounts.
The ideal candidate will have strong research abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders. They will be responsible for researching potential accounts, identifying key decision-makers, and qualifying leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on assigned target accounts to gather insights on their structure, business objectives, challenges, and relevant decision-makers.
- Identify key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within the target companies, focusing on individuals who drive strategic initiatives.
- Develop personalized outreach strategies and content to engage each account effectively and position Silent Eight's solutions as ideal for their needs.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in B2B business development, sales, or account management.
- Experience in using Salesforce for managing and tracking leads and accounts.
- Experience in the tech or SaaS industries, with a strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
