About the Role

This position is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team at Allied Universal as a Site Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the delivery of quality services to assigned customers and acting as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services to assigned customer ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Act as a point of contact between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range to enhance employee performance and engagement.
Requirements
  • A minimum age of 21 years with a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Licensing requirements may vary depending on state and/or local laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills are crucial for building strong relationships with customers.
  • Intermediate computer skills to operate innovative wireless technology are necessary for efficient task management.
  • The ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently is vital for maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  • Capable utilization of scheduling and billing software to produce reports is required for accurate data analysis.
  • Enforcing Contract Standards and administering site safety programs are critical aspects of this role.
  • The ability to work in various environments, occasionally lift up to 40 pounds, and stand/walk for long periods of time is essential for job demands.
