Vice President of Client Success and Service Solutions

We are in search of a seasoned and proactive leader for the role of Vice President of Client Success and Service Solutions. This position is pivotal within our executive leadership team, directly reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
Key Responsibilities:
As the VP of Client Success and Service Solutions, you will:
- Develop and implement strategies that enhance global client success and service delivery.
- Oversee the achievement of client satisfaction and return on investment (ROI) through effective onboarding, adoption, and renewal processes.
- Lead a talented team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Monitor and report on critical performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Create frameworks that optimize client engagement and team efficiency.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance client experiences and advocate for their needs.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sector.
- At least 10 years of experience leading client success teams, particularly in technical environments.
- Proven leadership experience managing large, diverse teams across multiple regions.
- A track record of exceeding performance targets and driving client engagement.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- A strong commitment to innovation and continuous professional development.
