Position Overview:
Aon is in search of a Senior Vice President specializing in Cyber Insurance Solutions. This role involves spearheading strategic initiatives related to cyber policy frameworks and enhancing our comprehensive Cyber Solutions offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit profound expertise in the Cyber and Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance sectors, alongside our diverse range of products and services.
- Demonstrate the capability to structure and implement complex insurance programs, ensuring comprehensive client service for an assigned portfolio.
- Utilize advanced negotiation techniques to optimize outcomes for clients.
- Leverage data analytics and insights to refine client programs and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively across teams to promote Cyber Solutions offerings.
- Engage with claims and legal teams to facilitate effective claim management and resolution.
- Develop and execute a strategic pipeline for new business acquisition.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth.
- Utilize technology to enhance the brokering and client service processes.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in brokering or underwriting within Cyber/E&O lines.
- Proven track record of achieving results both individually and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, particularly at the executive level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and relationship-building capabilities.
- Possession of an active Property & Casualty License or willingness to obtain one upon hiring.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
