Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure that stock is promptly removed from the receiving area and delivered to the storage area on the day of arrival, with no stock left overnight.
Verify receipt of shipments and ensure product counts align with purchase orders, maintaining accurate records and communicating with suppliers regarding any discrepancies or issues.
Complete all internal and external documentation.
Assess damages to determine which items should be marked out of stock and document all products to be marked on the damage report.
Ensure that all products in the storage area are properly labeled.
Participate in the inventory process by preparing the storage area, pre-counting products, and creating zone maps and tags.
Prepare the storage area for inventory.
Collaborate with accounting and auditors during external inventory audits.
Help maintain cleanliness in retail storage areas and workspaces by keeping them clear of boxes; disposing of trash properly, breaking down boxes for disposal, and cleaning floors as necessary.

Basic Qualifications & Skills
High School diploma or equivalent experience.
Prior experience with computers, data entry, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening.
Must be adaptable regarding scheduling based on business needs.

Previous experience in receiving operations.
Experience with inventory counts.
Strong basic math skills.
Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Ability to multitask.

Physical Requirements
