Join Our Team as a Field Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Representative to join our team at Schneider Electric USA, Inc. As a Field Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' critical power systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform assembly, startup, diagnostic, repair, and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and power systems
  • Collaborate with customers, team members, and third-party partners to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Travel throughout the region and countrywide to support local customer needs
  • Assist the Field Project Manager on larger system startups and resolve operational issues as required
Requirements:
  • Associate degree, vocational education, or similar experience in electronics, electrical theory, or a related field
  • 2+ years of field service repair and customer service experience with UPS, electrical, and electro-mechanical equipment
  • Thorough understanding of principles of AC and DC power, various AC and DC supply circuit components
