Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Payer Partnerships Workers Compensation to join our team at Numotion. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with payers to ensure seamless reimbursement for our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with payers, including workers' compensation carriers and third-party administrators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement for our services.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes that impact our business and develop strategies to mitigate any potential risks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our payers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Develop and maintain reports and analytics to track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with payers and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop strategic solutions.
  • Proven experience in the workers' compensation industry, with a strong understanding of reimbursement processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and revenue.
