Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with payers, including workers' compensation carriers and third-party administrators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement for our services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes that impact our business and develop strategies to mitigate any potential risks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our payers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Develop and maintain reports and analytics to track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.
