Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at the US Main Patrol Division, a leading security firm providing services to various companies in Washington D.C. and Maryland.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will oversee all security operations, assist in developing the company's security policies and procedures, and manage assigned security personnel. A strong leader with demonstrated experience in the safety and security field is required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement safety and security policies and procedures to ensure the well-being of our clients and employees.
  • Assist in creating and monitoring the security operations budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Hire, train, and supervise security personnel to ensure they are equipped to handle various security situations.
  • Understand the security needs of the organization and create security procedures for specific events.
  • Review incident reports created by security personnel to identify areas for improvement.
  • Resolve security breaches or incidents in a timely and effective manner.
  • Retrieve timesheets to facilitate the timely and accurate completion of the payroll process.
  • Engage with clients in a professional and customer-centric manner to ensure they are satisfied with services.
  • Perform security post checks to ensure office compliance within designated jurisdictions.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Security Manager or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with security technology and equipment, including cameras and alarms.
  • Understanding of best practices in security protocols.
  • Experience with emergency response planning.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with an exemplary driving history.
  • High level of integrity.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

The salary for this position is $50,000 - $55,000 per year.
